Missing Fuse / Fuse Stuck

Background: Update 1.0.5 previously stated that key items should no longer remain permanently stuck in walls and that relevant key items should respawn. If you think a Fuse is missing, first check nearby/drop areas where it could have fallen, save the game so the unplaced Fuse can return to its spawn (per 1.0.6), and then re-search the immediate vicinity. Use current-version recovery as supported; do not presume permanent loss.
